At the corners, the rubber strips should be cut off at an inclined plane, and glue should be injected at the break to be firmly bonded.
3. When sealing the glass with sealant, you should squeeze the glass with a rubber strap or a rubber block to leave a gap for the glue. The depth of the glue should not be less than 5mm. Before the glue is cured, the glass should be kept from vibration
4. The installation position of the top is generally on the window (door) fan, the surrounding of the frame fan, or the sealing bridge (wind block) to enhance the seal between the frame and the fan.
5. Top specification is an important factor affecting the performance of sliding doors and windows and water tightness, and also an important factor affecting the opening and closing force of doors and windows. Oversized tops or high vertical hairs will not only make assembly difficult but also increase the resistance of doors and windows, especially the initial resistance when opening and the resistance when closing. If the specifications are too small, or the height of the vertical tops is not enough, it is easy to fall out of the groove, which greatly reduces the sealing performance of the doors and windows. The tops need to be siliconized. The tops of qualified quality have a straight surface, the bottom plate and vertical hairs are smooth, without bending, and there are no pits on the bottom plate, which meets the 0.2mm requirement. 、
- Second, the use of door and window sealing strips
1. Glass cushion strips and end-stop rubber strips: (window frames, window sashes) After welding the corners, the rubber strips should be moved in the correct direction in the correct direction. Use special rollers to push the rubber strips into the profile slot with a little force, and at the same time push the rubber strips The head is pressed down until it is inserted into the slot of the profile. Since the rubber strip is an elastic body, it may shrink after being rolled. The correct method is: when the rubber strip is installed at the two ends of the joint, retract the two ends of the rubber strip to the middle a little bit, and leave 2- 3cm shrinkage allowance, then cut into the notch
2. Glass bead: Manually insert the tip of the bead into the profile groove according to the correct surface, and then press the exposed surface of the bead to press the bead into the gap between the glass and the profile. The rubber strips at both ends are retracted a bit toward the middle, leaving a length of 1-2 cm, then cut off, and press into the notch.
3. The use of window sealing strips can be divided into three categories: door leaf and door cover sealing strips, wool strips, and glass sealing strips (adhesive strips) according to different uses.
The door leaf cover sealing strip is mainly used for the sealing between the door panel and the door frame, and the wool strip is mainly used for the sealing between the door frame and the door leaf, and the glass sealing strip is mainly used for the sealing between the glass and the door leaf and frame. The window sealing strip can not only play the role of sound insulation and waterproof but also play the role of energy-saving and warmth. Therefore, the installation process of the door material is very particular. The material must have strong tensile strength and good elasticity, and aging resistance and temperature resistance are also indispensable. The latter one is that the specifications of the door and window sealing strips match better with the door and window grooves.
